Hello Summer, Goodbye Cold nights!

Went out with friends on a free saturday night. I’m saying it’s free because i had no office work that weekend. Hooray! Since it’s already summer here in manila, wearing shorts is a staple when it comes to surviving the hear of the sun. These shorts are just cut-offs from my old pants. I had a little DIY project. I always do these for clothes that I don’t use anymore so that I can use it again. For my top, although i had long sleeves, the fabric of the shirt feels very sheer that’s why it’s okay to wear it even if it’s really sunny. It’s really about choosing the right fabric!

My new fave flats! Wearing flats is a-okay as well this summer!

the coolest thing about this shirt is that not only was i able to buy it a VERY VERY cheap price but it’s also not as plain as you think. I really like the statement hello in front and goodbye at the back.

1. printed shirt-bazaar, ruins, bf paranaque,

2. faceted rhinestones flats and set of rings - forever 21

3. diy shorts- vanilla jeans

4. watch -  timex

5. beaded necklace- matina, davao

This is what I love about our country! It’s very tropical. You can always wear light and breezy clothes. But having the summer heat is not only about wearing the right summer attire. More importantly, it’s also about spending quality time with God, Family and friends. Super excited to spend the holy week with my family and go to the beach this summer!

Here we go! Let’s say HELLO to Summer!

17th hot air balloon day!

Went to the 17th hot air balloon on weekend. We went their super early like we started hitting the road at 1:30am in order not to be late. Since it’s a weekend a lot of people will be coming to see this event which only happens on february. The last time we went there, we were not able to see the balloons up close. We only saw it while we were lining up outside of the gate. This time we had great shots:) Most of the photos are boypee’s.

a giant birthday cake appeared this year. last time, the show didn’t had any.

ms. daisy is up and ready to go:)

got close to this US plane because boypee’s friend let us in and we were able to had a tour. lucky us!

this is what i really like to do every time we go here:)

since it was super hot during that day, i just placed a lace top over a spaghetti strap top. nevertheless, the weather was perfect for “everything that flies”

lace top- thrifted

watch- timex

boots- f21

shorts- mudd

necklace- davao

until next hot air date with boypee!!!! i really had fun:)
